I was going to wait to post this beautiful wedding but with it recently being featured on The Knot, I felt it needed to go up now! I cannot stay enough good things about this sweet couple! After working with them for over a year we pulled off an intimate celebration that was was filled with candlelight, lots of beautiful pastel flowers and a great atmosphere. Rita and Josh definitely had a vision for what they wanted with soft muted colors, flowing linens and candlelight all in an outdoor atmosphere, I think we accomplished everything they were looking for! This was my first time constructing a chuppah and I think the final product was absolutely stunning and created a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony. Even with the threat of rainy weather they both had smiles on their faces as they welcomed family and friends to their wedding! See some photos below of their day, also, how beautiful is that first photo!

This week/weekend was a bit of a blur, on Wednesday night I starting feeling pretty bad and woke up on Thursday morning with a horrible sinus infection. With our first event of the season this past Thursday it was not a fun way to start out the beginning of the next few, very busy months! Skip to Friday morning with the help of some great antibiotics I felt almost like myself again! On Saturday I went to brunch as this new to me spot Joule with my good friend and enjoyed lattes and brunch. If you are in the Raleigh area make sure to go check this place out, it was amazing. Saturday afternoon we traveled to Greensboro to celebrate my boyfriends birthday with his family and had a great time catching up with our friends there and visiting. I had to work on Sunday but had a lovely Easter Dinner with friends later that evening, we cooked the most delicious Lemon Chicken from Nigella Lawson that I highly recommend. I hope you had a great Easter weekend!
